Product Introduction
The banana shaped linear sieve, also known as the equal thickness vibrating sieve, is named after its resemblance to the shape of a banana. The screening principle is based on the equal thickness screening method first proposed by E. Bourstrigne of France in 1965. The banana sieve vibration beam adopts a box shaped structure design and is equipped with reinforcing ribs, with high rigidity and strength. The main welds are fully melted and undergo first level UT and magnetic particle inspection. After welding, heat treatment is carried out to eliminate welding stress. The mating surface of the excitation beam is precision machined using CNC machine tools before assembly, effectively ensuring the overall assembly quality of the screening machine. The lower crossbeam of the banana sieve adopts a seamless rectangular tube and high-strength steel plate welding structure.
