1. Before installing the machine, check whether the components are complete and damaged according to the packing list. The vibrator must be disassembled, cleaned, reassembled, and replaced with clean lubricating grease after six months from the date of delivery.

2. Refer to the installation diagram for equipment installation, where the support frame must be installed horizontally on the foundation, with the necessary stiffness and strength to support the dynamic and static loads at the bottom of the vibrating screen.

3. Maintain a gap of no less than 45mm between the sieve box and non moving parts such as hoppers and chutes. In order to reduce the impact of materials on the screen surface, the drop of materials onto the screen surface should not exceed 200mm.

4. The vibration damping spring is selected according to the free height, so that the free height error of the left and right springs at the rear end is less than 5mm. After the installation of the screen box, the screen surface should be kept horizontal on both sides. Otherwise, a thin steel plate can be placed between the spring and the support for leveling.

5. After installation, the following items should be inspected:

5.1 Check the compression amount of the support spring, and ensure that the height difference between the front, rear, left, and right springs is less than 5mm;

5.2 Check whether the vibration exciter moves flexibly without jamming;

5.3 Check whether the positions of the feed hopper and discharge hopper around the sieve box are correct;

5.4 Check whether the fastening bolts are tightened;
