Lubrication method: Spray lubrication with thin oil.
This model of exciter adopts specialized vibration bearings newly developed by FAG in Germany or SKF in Sweden. It has a light structure, good sealing, fast heat dissipation, no oil leakage, durability and reliability, high cost-effectiveness, and can operate continuously at high frequencies.
The motor is installed on a fixed base on the side (left or right) of the vibrating body, and does not participate in vibration. The motor is connected to the vibrating body with a universal joint.
The eccentric block is easy to adjust and disassemble.
Bearings are made of FAG/SKF or top domestic brands, with a design lifespan of over 20000 hours.
