In the sand and gravel production line, continuous and uniform feeding can be provided to the crusher to avoid blockage of the crusher’s feeding port. The machine uses the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate and generate centrifugal force, causing the movable parts such as the sieve box and vibrator to move in a forced continuous circular or approximately circular motion. The material is continuously thrown on the inclined screen surface along with the screening chamber, and is continuously and evenly delivered to the receiving port.
Generally, it is composed of a vibrating frame, a vibrating body, a vibrating motor, an exciter, springs (springs are divided into excitation springs and support springs), etc. Figure 2 shows the general structure of the ZG type activated vibration coal feeding system applied to power plants. The ZG type activated vibration coal feeder is a dual mass linear sub resonant type vibration machine, and its system mainly consists of five parts: resonant body, activation cone, exciter, vibration motor, and elastic element.

The active and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, causing the trough to vibrate and continuously flow the material, achieving the purpose of conveying the material.
