The side plate of the screening machine is made of a whole board, without welding, with high strength and long service life. The connection between the crossbeam and the side plate is made with high-strength bolts and rivets that resist torsion and shear, without welding, and the crossbeam is easy to replace.
The screening machine adopts rubber composite springs for vibration reduction. Compared with metal springs, it has the advantages of low noise, long service life, stable vibration, and small dynamic load on each fulcrum of the screening machine
