In today’s era, intelligence has become a pivotal trend across industries, serving as both the essential path for the future development of mining equipment and the core driver of industrial upgrading. Intelligentization represents the core trend in the future development of mechanical equipment, not only effectively reducing labor costs but also significantly enhancing product quality and production efficiency, holding significant practical importance. Since 2015, the State Council and various ministries have successively issued multiple policy documents (see Figure 1), paving the way for rapid and leapfrog progress in intelligent development. Honghe Technology has keenly seized this policy opportunity, positioning intelligentization as the central strategic focus for its vibrating screen business. Intelligent Design

With the rapid advancement of information technology, numerous computer-aided analysis software tools have emerged, including MATLAB, EDEM, ANSYS, ADAMS, SolidWorks, ABAQUS, and Pro/E. Virtual prototyping technology based on product design software has developed rapidly and plays a significant role throughout the entire product design and development lifecycle. Modern computational methods have progressively replaced traditional approaches, significantly accelerating the design of vibrating screens, structural optimization, and the development of new and large-scale vibrating screens, thereby ushering their development into a new phase. Current research literature worldwide primarily focuses on simulation of particle motion on screen surfaces, dynamic simulations, and structural simulations of vibrating screens.

Intelligent Management

The noise and dust generated during the screening process of a vibrating screen can adversely affect workers ‘physical and mental health. Therefore, reliable health management capabilities form the foundation for the intelligent operation of a vibrating screen. Intelligent management primarily relies on an online monitoring system, which involves installing sensors for acceleration, speed, displacement, and temperature on key components such as motors, reducers, and exciters; collecting and storing operational data; and connecting the screen’s video surveillance equipment to the internet via remote monitoring, enabling access to video footage and images from the screen using computers or mobile devices.
