There are generally several methods for the cause of excessive temperature of the exciter:

1. Lack of lubricating oil, treatment method: Add oil and ensure that the oil level is displayed within the range marked on the oil level gauge or dipstick.

Preventive measures: 1.1 Weekly inspection of the oil level of the vibration exciter

1.2. The leakage exciter should be inspected daily and lubricating oil should be replenished in a timely manner

2. If there is too much lubricating oil, treatment method: Ensure that the oil level is displayed within the oil level or cursor range

Preventive measure: When refueling, keep the oil level within the displayed range

3. Lubricating oil deteriorates and emulsifies with impurities

Solution: 1. Replace the lubricating oil

Perform oil sample analysis

The breathable cap is fully installed

Processing method: Replace the exciter bearing and choose large clearance (C3/C4)
